Claimed his maiden European Tour victory at the 2018 Hong Kong Open. Started playing golf at the age of three in his hometown of Adelaide and attended the University of Houston in Texas. Highlight of his amateur career was reaching the semi-finals of the Australian Amateur Championships in 1996. First qualified for the European Tour at the 2003 Qualifying School.
