Required just 14 starts on the European Challenge Tour to secure his European Tour card after winning his third event of the 2018 season at the Rolex Trophy. The Finn won his first European Challenge Tour title in 2018 at the inaugural Belt & Road Colorful Yunnan Open. He then became the first Finnish player to win the Vierumäki Finnish Challenge later that year. Didn't start playing golf until the age of 16 and turned professional at the age of 26.
